Typical Session

If you haven't tried Reflexology before you may be apprehensive about what it involves - but there's no need to be! It is safe, non-invasive and very relaxing.

What happens during a session?

  • Reflexology is a very easy treatment to receive, all you have to do is remove your shoes and socks!
  • Sessions usually last about 45 mins, slightly longer the first time, as I will take your medical history and discuss your priorities for the treatment.
  • All sessions are confidential and do not diagnose anything, so there's no need to worry about what might come up during a session.
